• Highly visible and expansive space at the front of the salon with great product shelving allocated for products so stylists’ and salon professionals have the opportunity to sell more products.

• Beautiful lighting fixtures that achieve the 'wow' factor and still light each area/booth appropriately.

• Dedicated in-booth cabinets topped with solid surface countertops that look great, are durable, clean easy and will withstand the wear and tear of salon chemicals/activities.

 

OVERALL BASK SALON SUPPORT:

• Front desk support during open hours.

• Higher than average product sales splits going back to the stylist/booth renter.

• Referral fees paid out for bringing additional booth renters to BASK.

• One week of booth rent vacation per year.

• Four weeks of booth rent vacation for maternity leave.

• Provide back bar product.

• Provide towels and laundry services.

 

FRONT DESK SUPPORT:

• Greeting clients and advising client has arrived.

• Providing clients a complimentary drink.

• Educating and selling products to walk-ins.

• Facilitating unscheduled walk-ins.

• Ensuring all salon items are operating properly. 

• General maintenance, cleaning, washer/dryer, etc.

• Ordering retail/back bar products and miscellaneous routine salon products (towels, drinks, glasses, etc.)

• Manage and order product inventory.
